Grading Guide

We Grade Our Records By Playing Them And The Sleeves By Eye (Pictures For Each Item Are Of The Actual Item So You Can Get An Idea Of Sleeve Condition). Each Item Will Have A Record Condition And Sleeve Condition Within It's Description. Description Of Grades:

Records:

New - Brand New And Never Played

Near Mint (NM) - Un-Sealed And Perhaps Played Once Or Twice

Very Good Plus (VG+) - There is indication that the record has been played. There may be a mark or scuff, but the album should play very well with no pops or noise of any kind.

Very Good (VG) -  Record often carries light pops and clicks. It might have light visible scratches. Any Pops Or Clicks Should Not Over Power The Music.

Good Plus (G+) - Will Play Without Skipping Or Jumping But Will Have Groove Wear, Surface Noise Marks And Scratches. 

Good (G) - Will Play Without Skips Or Jumps But Lots Of Surface Noise And Marks, Sometimes Deep Scratches. Surface Noise May Over Power Music.

Sleeves:

New - Brand New. 99% Will Be Sealed

Near Mint (NM) - Not Sealed And May Have Been Handled A Few Times, Should Still Look New With No Damage.

Very Good Plus (VG+) - Will Show Signs That Sleeve Has Been Handled, May Show Wear To Edges And Spine , Sometimes Very Slight Ring Wear Or Minor Discolouring In Places But No Major Damage.

Very Good (VG) - Will Show Some Age/Handling Wear, There May Be Heavier Ring Wear, Sticker Removal (Leaving Marks) And Wear To Spine...Again There Should Be No Major Damage

Good Plus (G+) - Cover May Have Splits On Edges Or Spine, Possibly Heavy Ring Wear, Bare Patches, Discolouring And Other Damage.
